Tradition.  This is what the Easter celebration is about for us.  Every year, without fail, my sister and I gather our kids and color a ridiculous amount of Easter Eggs.  We love laughing and telling stories about prior years while we see who can dye eggs to the richest colors.  Much like the 4th of July - we hear a lot of ooohhs and ahhhhs as we pull the eggs from the Paas coloring.  Growing up in a POLISH family there are many traditions - Polish Sausage, the Lamb cake and so much food you can't even imagine.  I love this spring holiday, especially the great tradition my sister and husband have created around the amazing Easter Egg hunt - something you don't want to miss.  Happy Easter!
